What records can I access? In Dodge County, the index of real estate documents recorded beginning in April 1, 1987 and the document images since April 1, 1987 are available.

What equipment do I need? For technical requirements, click here.

What are the fees to use LandShark? The tract information is available at no cost. When you view an image, the cost is the statutory fee of $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page.

Will I need to sign an agreement? No. However, you will be required to complete the following documents to set up an escrow account. LandShark Escrow Account and Firm Contacts. Upon receipt of the completed documents accompanied with your check, an account will be activated.

Our computerized legal description tract index begins on 02/01/1998.

All of our Tract Books are available for searching by clicking on the "Tract" tab.  The tract books date from 1877 to March 17, 1999.
